Here is what he told us about the show and Dayton:

What do you do and how did you get involved in it?

I am Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert and Instructor, and I am also a hip-hop artist. I graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s in computer science and I kind of just fell into cyber security. As for my music, I have been doing hip-hop music since a kid but didn't really take it seriously until I had graduated from college.

Why are you doing For Dayton by Dayton and what do you hope it accomplishes?

I am doing this concert because I want to give a wider audience the chance to hear my music. But even deeper than that, I want my friends who are the other artists to have a platform to display their talents as well. I want to this concert to show the downtown Dayton community that hip-hop music can be a positive entity in this community. We can have good positive shows at your place of business if giving the opportunity, and we do know how to conduct ourselves in a positive and professional manner.

What makes For Dayton by Dayton special?

The answer is in the title. This concert is for the city of Dayton by the city of Dayton. I see this concert as being the city’s own personal house party.

What superpower would you love to have?

Read people's minds.

>> Boar belly and big, bold buttery flavors make this new restaurant well worth the drive

What would you do on a perfect date in Dayton?

My perfect date would be to grab some pizza at Wheat Penny, go to The Black Box Improv Theater, then walk across the street and have a drink at The Barrel House.

>> Brunch at Wheat Penny has arrived, and it’s easy to see why the wait was worth it

What inspires you about Dayton?

Dayton's growing thirst for creativity, individuality and knowledge.

What is your favorite hidden gem in Dayton?

The Black Box Improv Theater. It is a great place to go and enjoy comedy with all performers living in Dayton.

>> I survived classes at Black Box Improv Theater

If you could change or bring one thing to Dayton, what would it be?

I would want to see more businesses started and stationed in west Dayton: grocery stores, restaurants, markets, etc.
