The construction site for Levitt Pavilion is being graded after the water features and some trees were removed.

Supporters say the pavilion should open this year, allowing for a partial season of music programming, likely featuring about 30 shows.
Foundations are being poured for the 312-unit Allure apartments in Centerville on Loop Road. Mills Development and Hills Properties are building the apartment complex which is expected to open in late 2018
