To celebrate the hippo's first birthday, the zoo will be offering a number of events and giveaways. The first 1,000 families to visit will receive a free hippo bath mat. Throughout the day people will also be able to get commemorative Fiona foot stamps, birthday cake and Graeter's Ice Cream, according to the event's Facebook page.

Visitors will even get to sign a birthday card for Fiona from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hippo Cove at the zoo. Below is a list of activities and their times during the birthday celebration.
Sign Fiona's birthday card: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hippo Cove
Busken cake and cookies: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (while supplies last)
Graeter's ice cream: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (while supplies last)
