Hot water restored, Miamisburg Taco Bell is poised to reopen for dinner

The Miamisburg Taco Bell is gearing up to reopen at 5 p.m. today, March 18, following repairs to the restaurant’s hot-water system, Jeff Stone, director of Fiesta Holdings, said in an email late this afternoon.

A malfunction with the hot-water system had forced the restaurant to shut down over the weekend and through much of the day Monday.

A broken water heater has forced the Taco Bell in Miamisburg to close until at least Monday, according to a spokesperson.

The tankless system broke Saturday at the restaurant on Lawrence Avenue and required parts to be ordered that will not arrive until Monday, Jeff Stone, Director of Fiesta Holdings said in an emailed statement.

“Without hot water we cannot wash our hands or clean dishes properly. So without hot water we had to close,” Stone said.

“We are in 100% great standing with the health department in Miamisburg and with all our restaurants,” Stone added.
