Renovation of the old Dayton Power & Light steam plant is expected to be completed later this year, now that work on the downtown Dayton property has resumed.
The property at 617 E. Third St. is being turned into offices, event space and other amenities.
The project was delayed by dispute between the developer, John Riazzi and the contractor, according to Riazzi.
The old DP&L plant is one of the latest development projects helping to transform the Webster Station neighborhood.
