The award-winning lights are traditionally displayed until New Year’s Eve but rain expected Monday has changed that, said Clifton Mill General Manager Jessica Noes.

One to two inches of rain accumulation is possible as it will rain for the majority of the day, said Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Jesse Maag.

The last day to see the light display will be Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m.

Historic Clifton Mill is open throughout the year for breakfast and lunch seven days a week.

Clifton Mill won $50,000 in “The Great Christmas Light Fight” that aired on a national television show and placed second in the “best public lights in the U.S.” by USA Today 10BEST contest this month.

Flooding caused significant damage to the light display in 2017.
