Montgomery County EMA asks for cloth donations for masks

The Montgomery County Emergency Management Agency is requesting fabric to turn into cloth face masks.

The agency is asking for individuals and businesses to donate solid color cotton fabric or sheets, preferably white, gray or tan, to turn into masks.

“Montgomery County greatly appreciates the generosity of our citizens and businesses during this time,” said Montgomery County Commission President Judy Dodge. “We are working diligently with our regional partners to collect and distribute supplies where they are needed most to protect front line staff and citizens.”

Donations can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays at St. Vincent de Paul's loading dock at 945 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd. on the south side of the building. Ring the bell to the left of the dock for assistance.
