Charlee’s big brother Derek, 8, went up to the graduate and told her he was so proud of her.

Derek was tearing up, then the tears flowed from Charlee.
Aundrea Smith said her husband asked Charlee, “Pumpkin, why are you crying?” She told her father, “I’m just so happy.”
"We are so blessed," Aundrea Smith told Inside Edition.
Aundrea Smith said she’s surprised at how both her children reacted that day.
"We are an emotional family; however, we were surprised that our son broke down in tears. Charlee admires Derek so much. She wants to do anything and everything he does and Derek is a great big brother. They definitely have their moments when they get on each other's nerves, but they are very close. They love each other so much," Aundrea Smith told Inside Edition.
