It was a turkey burglar not a turkey burger when police had a call that went a fowl of the law over the weekend.
Lone Peak police in Utah were called to the scene of an apparent burglary.
Police said a citizen heard glass being broken at a home where neighbors were not home, so the good Samaritans called the authorities, KUTV reported.
When police investigated they found their man, er bird.
The turkey broke into the home and was hurt, according to KUTV, but the television station is unsure of the condition of the bird.
