Jakevia J. Jackson, 20, of Waukesha, was arrested Tuesday and charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping, according to the Waukesha County Circuit Courts.
Jackson was spotted on surveillance video Tuesday at the Baymont Inn in Waukesha, making waffles at the motel's breakfast bar, WISN reported.
According to clerk Spencer Voller, of New Berlin, Jackson had trespassed at the motel before and he said he had been warned about her, the television station reported.
Voller said when he saw Jackson making waffles, he confronted her at the breakfast bar.
"She wouldn't even acknowledge me talking to her, so I kind of pulled down her earbud," Voller told WISN. "I said, 'Hey, you know we can't have you here taking our food, you're not allowed to have any.'"
The conversation escalated, and as Voller escorted Jackson out of the breakfast bar, she allegedly shoved him and threw an apple, which struck the employee in the forehead, the television station reported.
"It was so intense, but then she threw a couple of apples at me in there, as well," Voller told WISN. "It hit me in the head."
On June 21, Jackson was arrested at the Courtyard by Marriott in Brookfield, according to court records. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Voller said the most recent incident could have been avoided.
"It's funny. If she would've just been polite about it, I probably would've let her walk out with some food, you know, for free, just to make things go more smoothly," Voller told WISN.
The company that owns the Baymont Inn did not respond to a request for comment, the television station reported.
