A young Houston Texans fan received a shoutout from J.J. Watt after the defensive star saw a photo of the boy wearing a customized corrective helmet.
Matthew Morales tweeted a series of photos of his 4-month-old son, Mateo, wearing a helmet that features Watt and the Texans logo in the design, KTRK reported.

Mateo has plagiocephaly, a condition that occurs when a baby develops a flat spot on one side of the head or on the entire back of the head.
Watt saw Morales' post and responded with his own tweet, writing, "Mateo looking good and ready to take on the world!"
