United Airlines Flight 627 touched down at 1 p.m. then skidded off the left side of the pavement runway, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The jet’s main landing gear became stuck in a grassy area, the FAA said in a social media post.

Agency officials said the plane would be towed off the runway once all passengers exited the plane.

No injuries were reported.

A ground stop was put in place at the facility, halting all air traffic and diverting flights to other airports as officials handled the United Air issue.

"The FAA is enroute to the airport to begin the investigation," the agency said. "Flights are delayed until the aircraft is moved."
