Miami Valley native John Legend visited the Oregon District on Sunday to honor those killed in a mass shooting one week before.
As part of his visit, Legend gave a surprise concert lasting about 30 minutes at Blind Bob's bar, which you can watch in full above (courtesy of the establishment).

Legend played a variety of songs on piano, including his hit “All of Me,” which he dedicated to the city.
"I love you, Dayton. Thank you for welcoming me back home."

At one point, Legend teared up, and told the audience, “Sometimes it’s good to cry. It’s not good for singing, but we need to do it sometimes.”
