“Long before we were in the truck, barbecuing has been a passion,” Jeff Stringer, owner of Smokin’ Bee-Bee-Q said. “The reality that now it’s a thing that we can do full time, that people will pay us to do, is something we never want to take for granted.”

For the event, Smokin’ Bee-Bee-Q has selected a number of favorites from the truck and from entries in barbecue competitions from across the region.

“Southwest Ohio may not be a region that people think of for great barbecue, but there are a lot of people here getting nationally recognized for what they do,” Stringer said. “We want to showcase the best of what we can do, and not just typical barbecue items either, but a Tasting Menu for everyone.”
