A new personal fitness business called Present Tense Fitness is planned for the first floor of an apartment building on East Third Street.
The owners said they want to be part of downtown Dayton’s revitalization and offer services that complement the array of fitness choices in the urban core, according to DDN.
“The vision we have for the space is to be a learning laboratory for a healthy lifestyle,” Jason Harrison, who co-owns Present Tense Fitness with his wife, Susan, told DDN.
