If you live in or near downtown Dayton, and you're yet to begin your new year's resolution of getting back in the gym, there are new options available to you.

Snap Fitness Dayton opened Jan. 4 on the ground floor of the PNC Bank building of the Water Street District, according to our news partner Dayton Daily News.

A new personal fitness business called Present Tense Fitness is planned for the first floor of an apartment building on East Third Street.

The owners said they want to be part of downtown Dayton’s revitalization and offer services that complement the array of fitness choices in the urban core, according to DDN.

“The vision we have for the space is to be a learning laboratory for a healthy lifestyle,” Jason Harrison, who co-owns Present Tense Fitness with his wife, Susan, told DDN.
