Hamilton building transforms for more filming of Ruffalo, Hathaway movie

Filming is happening again today on “Dry Run,” the movie featuring Mark Ruffalo that caused a stir in Hamilton’s Park Avenue in the city’s Highland Park neighborhood on Tuesday when Ruffalo was on site shooting scenes.

In the downtown, signs were added to turn Hamilton into somewhere else — Parkersburg, West Virginia — with one sign announcing a structure was the “Wood County Judicial Building.”

The film also is being shot in Cincinnati.

“Dry Run” is set during the 1990s. According to the media outlet deadline.com, Ruffalo plays defense attorney Robert Bilott, played by Ruffalo, who filed an environmental lawsuit against chemical company DuPont, exposing decades of chemical pollution.
