The bar will be named Ziggy’s in honor of Bowie’s glam-rock persona of the early 1970s, Ziggy Stardust and is scheduled to open Sept. 20 at the Hotel Café Royal.

The bar will feature several drinks inspired by lyrics from Bowie's 1972 album, "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars," according to the New Musical Express.

For example, “Tigers on Vaseline,” a piña colada-style drink, is inspired from “Hang On To Yourself.” An espresso martini with a rum flip is called “Darkness and Disgrace,” and owes its name to the song “Lady Stardust.”

The Hotel Café Royal was where Bowie retired the Ziggy Stardust character on July 3, 1973, during a party dubbed the "Last Supper," New Musical Express reported.

The bar will be decorated with pictures from that night.

"Café Royal has always been the place where great minds would come to discuss great ideas," Fabio Spinetti, the hotel's bars and beverages manager, told New Music Express. "David Bowie played a really important part in Café Royal's history, with the famous Last Supper taking place here. It only seems fitting to provide a homage to one of our most esteemed patrons."
