JUST ANNOUNCED: Justin Bieber is coming to Columbus

The Biebs is back and coming to a city near you.

Along with the release of a new single, “Yummy,” due out on Jan. 3, Justin Bieber announced that he would be heading out a national tour beginning in May 2020. He will be stopping through Columbus on Aug. 8, so mark your calendars now.

According to the pop star, the single will be followed by a brand new album that still remains untitled. His last album, “Purpose,” was released back in 2015. His last tour was also nearly as long ago, ending in the early part of 2017 when he abruptly canceled the remainder of his shows.

It is still unknown when tickets will go on sale or when prices of said tickets will be announced.

Bieber, now 25 and recently married to model Hailey Baldwin, announced his 2020 tour via video on Christmas Eve. The video promoted his upcoming tour, single, and documentary series.

"As humans we are imperfect," Bieber said in the video. "My past, my mistakes, all the things that I've been through. I believe that I'm right where I'm supposed to be. God has me right where he wants me."

Also, in the video, Bieber supplied his loyal fans with just a bit more context behind his future album.

"I feel like this is different than the previous albums just because of where I'm at in my life. It's music that I love the most out of anything I've done."

Bieber will be performing at the Ohio Stadium in Columbus on Aug. 8.
