The fifth annual tournament is a partnership between the city’s department of recreation and youth services,

the Miami Valley Crime Prevention Association and the Miami Valley Recreation Activities Council.

“Our goal was to do something fun but unorthodox that would bring the community together. That's when we decided on a dodgeball tournament for adults. It's so much fun to see all of the adults come together with a fun competitive spirit, to play one of their favorite childhood games,”  Lamonte Hall Jr., the city’s  recreation program coordinator,  said.
