Ritter’s Frozen Custard in Beavercreek, 2531 Dayton Xenia Road, is temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
In the statement posted to its Facebook page, Ritter’s said the staff member tested positive after coming into contact with an infected person.
“Out of an abundance of caution, we are closing the shoppe and requiring all staff members to be tested for Covid-19,” Ritter’s shared on its Facebook.
The frozen custard shop is now requiring all staff to be tested for COVID-19 and will not reopen until enough of the staff has tested negative.
The reopening date has not been determined and will depend on the availability of testing and the time taken to receive results.
Ritter’s in Kettering, 2226 Wilmington Pike, is still open.
