The Living Room, a Harrison Twp. adult entertainment business, had its liquor license revoked Friday, after an investigation into improper conduct, food stamp, and drug trafficking, according to the Ohio Investigative Unit.
The business is the third adult entertainment club to lose its liquor permit in Montgomery County this year, according to investigators.

The investigation into the club at 3830 North Dixie Drive started in July 2017. Despite the ruling, the club will be permitted to serve alcohol until the end of business Dec. 20.
“During an investigation, agents witnessed criminal and administrative violations, including improper contact with patrons, nudity and public indecency, as well as purchased drugs,” officials said in a media release Friday.
Administrative charges were filed against the liquor license of the business, established as Thirty Eight Thirty Inc., including charges of engaging in sexual activity, nudity, public indecency, disorderly conduct, solicitation and drug trafficking, officials said.

Criminal charges were filed against the corporation and two employees. Those cases were heard in Vandalia Municipal Court. Thirty Eight Thirty Inc. was found guilty of illegally operating a sexually oriented business and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
Janelle N. Lillie, 20, of Kettering, was found guilty of illegal sexual activity and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Amber Over, 34, of Dayton, was convicted on one count of illegal sexual activity and was also sentenced to 180 days in jail.
Each woman had their jail time suspended and were placed on probation for one year with the following conditions: no criminal offenses within a year and to stay off the property of all bars and night clubs in the court's jurisdiction.
The Ohio Investigative Unit revoked the licenses of The Harem and Sharkey’s, both on North Dixie Drive in Harrison Twp.. earlier this year.
