"The Nucleus is kind of like an incubator," says Andrew White, co-owner of Indigo Life Media. "Our goal is to have something for everyone whether it's programming for the community, a workplace for freelancers or somewhere to grow into a building of their own one day."
The Nucleus will function as a non-profit co-working space. The workspace welcomes tax-deductible sponsorships and donations to help enhance amenities such as office furniture and supplies.
Funding will also go towards programming for community workshops and projects focused on growing downtown.
A variety of options are available, from a private locked office to desk space with rates starting at $95 a month or just $15 for a daily drop-in.
Those interested in the space or sponsorships should email Lauren@indigolifemedia.com.
The Nucleus anticipates opening by Aug. 1 and will take people on the first-come, first-serve basis.
