WSB-TV obtained the arrest warrants for former Kennesaw city employee Eric McMillian, who police said got upset when employees charged him for extra cheese on his sub.
WSB-TV's Chris Jose spoke with Kennesaw Mayor Derek Easterling, who was shocked to hear about his former employee's alleged actions.

"He misrepresented his position. He misrepresented who he was as a person. That bothers me at a different level, not just as mayor, but as a citizen," Easterling told Jose.
According to the arrest warrants obtained by Jose, McMillian had threatened to arrest the employees at the sandwich shop, claiming he was a police officer.
Officials told WSB-TV that McMillian's employment was terminated Tuesday morning, just six months after started his job with the city.
"He was a great employee, worked hard. He didn't seem to have any problems," Easterling said.
The now former business license specialist is facing charges of making terroristic threats and impersonating an officer.
Subway's corporate offices have not responded to WSB-TV's request for comment.
