BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse is getting ready to celebrate its Pizookie Day on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at all BJ's locations. A Pizookie is a brilliant treat of hot, gooey cookie in the shape and thickness of pizza, with two mounds of ice cream on top. This might not be a new dessert concept entirely, but fans of the Pizookie rave that BJ's does it right with flavors like Monkey Bread Pizookie, Peanut Butter Pizookie and Cookies 'N' Cream Pizookie, just to name a few.
