Englewood restaurant property sold for more than $2 million

The real estate of an Englewood Wendy’s restaurant has a new owner.

Mill Valley, Calif.-based Four Corners Property Trust LLC bought the restaurant and nearly two acres of property from Store Master Funding III LLC, of San Antonio, Texas, for $2,030,000 last week, Montgomery County property records indicate.

The restaurant property is off the intersection of Hoke Road and Ohio 49, just south of Interstate 70.

Four Corners has been active in the Dayton area. The company has a portfolio of more than 620 restaurants, covering 4.2 million square feet in 45 states, the company says. The real estate investment trust owns Bob Evans, Taco Bell, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse locations across the nation.

The real estate investment trust also owns a Bob Evans property at 5525 Wilmington Pike. Last month, Four Corners also purchased a Red Lobster restaurant property at 8200 Springboro Pike for more than $4.8 million.
