Among the festivities at the event will be a best 1970s outfit contest, a Soul Train dance line and an appearance by a special funk recording artist.
The event, held at Warped Wing, 26 Wyandot St., Dayton, will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
