Golden Lamb and Fig Leaf Brewing Co. partner for an exclusive 5-course meal

In the heart of historic downtown Lebanon, Golden Lamb will be hosting a five course beer dinner alongside FigLeaf Brewing Co. on Friday, March 10.

The evening will feature food created by Golden Lamb Chef, Nick Roudebush and his culinary team, complimented perfectly by a selection of brews from FigLeaf.

Enchant your tastebuds with five courses:

  • Locally raised crispy deviled eggs with crispy chicken skin and beluga caviar, paired with Pride of CinDay British Best Bitter
  • Spring vegetable salad with dried apricots, local Sky Haven Farms ham and tripel pesto emulsion, paired with Sous La Table Belgian Tripel
  • Spicy gulf shrimp with Wiesenberger pimento cheese grits, Andouille sausage and fried okra, paired with ISO-Trope IPA
  • Herb-dijon crusted lamb loin with squash puree and brown al lamb jus, paired with Ponderous Porter.

Representatives from FigLeaf Brewing Co. will also join to discuss each beer with guests as they taste the pairings.
