Joining host truck Smokin' Bee-Bee-Q at the Taco Truck Takeover will be: The Beerded Pig, Hunger Paynes Food Truck, The Painted Pepper, Carvaso's, The Drunken Waffle, El Meson, and The Wicked 'Wich of Dayton. MAD Sweet Heat will also be on hand with their delicious candied sliced jalapenos and candied jalapeno relish.

The Taco Truck Takeover also features a “best bite contest” where each truck will submit a taco to be evaluated by a panel of judges. Local craft beer will be on draft, dessert trucks will be on site and music is being planned for the event too.

“We want this to be more of a festival,” Stringer said. “This is going to land somewhere between a block party and a street festival… with a whole lot of delicious tacos.”
