City Barbeque's 'More Cowbell' sandwich named one of nation's best

Next time you have a fever, the only prescription you'll need is a "More Cowbell" sandwich.

After searching all over America, Restaurant Hospitality magazine recently named City Barbeque's "More Cowbell" one of the best sandwiches in the country.

The magazine editors trimmed the field based on customer reviews, then secretly visited the remaining top contenders to determine the top six sandwiches in the beef category to crown as America's best.

"We were blown away by City Barbeque's More Cowbell (hilarious name)," said Michael Sanson, editor-in-chief of Restaurant Hospitality magazine. "The brisket sandwich was a complex delicious sloppy mess! We want another!"
The increasingly famous and now award-winning sandwich contains City Barbeque's smoked beef brisket, and is topped with melted provolone cheese, grilled peppers and sautéed onions, onion straws and horseradish dressing all piled high between two pieces of garlic buttered Texas toast.

Saturday Night Live viewers will of course remember that the sandwich's name comes from the hilarious Will Ferrell and Christopher Walken sketch about the rock band Blue Oyster Cult, where Ferrell's bouncing belly and boisterous cowbell playing dominated the band's recording session.
