The breweries’ collective fund-raising efforts are not over. A beer that was brewed collaboratively by the region’s craft breweries, to be called “Dayton Strong,” will make its debut later this month on draft at participating breweries and in cans at local retail outlets. Proceeds from the sale of that special beer will be donated to tornado relief and perhaps to other recovery causes.
