“We are looking for a new home in Fairborn and will relocate the current North Broad Pizza Hut location sometime in the middle of 2020,” said Carol Magazzeni, marketing and public relations director for Stow, Ohio-based Pizza Hut franchisee Hallrich Inc.

“It was contractually time to let our leasing agent know we are planning a move, so we made our team members aware. ... In this particular situation, we are moving from a sit-down restaurant to a newly-designed, free-standing building offering convenience to our customers and the Air Force Base.”

The new restaurant will be delivery and carry-out only. Employees will be offered jobs at the new location or at other area Pizza Hut locations, Magazzeni said.

Hallrich, which purchased the rights to operate Pizza Hut restaurants in the greater Dayton market from the Pizza Hut corporate parent in June 2017, has been active across the region in recent months, opening new locations in Dayton, Beavercreek and Ketttering, and most recently closing a smaller store in Beavercreek.

Hallrich now operates about two-thirds of the Pizza Hut restaurants in Ohio.
