“We welcome everyone to join us and share this happiest moment with us,” Hasan Kilic, whose family owns Airway Kitchen, said in an email.
Kilic has said the Airway Kitchen will seat 160 to 180 and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Airway Kitchen will offer a buffet of Greek foods, with items such as shawarma and a salad bar.
