Each Cooper’s Hawk includes a winery, full-service restaurant, tasting room and retail store. Wines are made from grapes grown in California, Oregon, Washington and Michigan.
Cooper’s Hawk will include four components under one roof: an upscale casual dining restaurant, full-service bar, private barrel-aging room, and Napa-style tasting room and retail gift store.
The modern casual restaurant expected to hire nearly 200 new staff members for its Liberty Center location.
Founded in Orland Park, Ill., in 2005, Cooper’s Hawk now has 24 locations throughout Illinois, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, and Wisconsin, with one additional restaurant slated for construction through the end of 2016.
Other Ohio locations include Cincinnati (8080 Montgomery Road) and Columbus (4230 The Strand) inside Easton Town Center.
It has earned "Breakout Brand" and "Hot Concept" accolades by Nation's Restaurant News.
