One of the hidden gems on Lock 27 Brewing’s menu is on the appetizer menu. Lock 27’s wings are dry rubbed and smoked, not breaded. They taste best with the house-made Sriracha blue cheese sauce on the side for dipping.

Fricker’s got its start in Dayton and has grown to more than two dozen locations across Ohio, Indiana and Michigan with plenty of TVs, beer and its famous Frickin’ chicken wings or bite-sized Frickin’ Chicken Chunks that come coated in one of 15 signature sauces. Only the truly brave go for the Fricken X-Scream. The first Fricker’s opened in 1985 in West Carrollton. This sports bar chain is family friendly, too, with a kids menu, kids deals and affordable prices and video/arcade games.
