It’s not every day a rendition of “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” will score someone $10,000.

But that’s exactly what 2-year-old Grace Oladele of Harrison Twp. did on Sunday night’s airing of ABC’s “America’s Funniest Home Videos.”

According to Oladele’s mother, Miracle Oladele, the taping of Sunday’s show happened back in mid-November when Oladele was a 1-year-old, so the family has had to keep the big news a secret since then.

Here is the video that got us the $10,000

“She has no clue what’s going on,” Miracle said of her daughter. “She’s just probably wondering why she’s on TV and why everybody was screaming her name and everything else.”

In the 52-second video uploaded to Miracle’s Facebook, her daughter does a dramatic and passionate rendition of the classic children’s tune, “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” “Here is the video that got us the $10,000,” Miracle wrote in the post.

“She loves to sing and dance,” Miracle said. “She thinks she’s a ballerina. So, every day, she’s singing and dancing — very theatrical. I mean, just to be that young, the way she acts, she is very animated.”

Now that Oladele is the $10,000 champ, she’ll go on to the winner’s circle episode where the winning video will receive a $100,000 grand prize. Miracle said they’ve not been told when that episode would air.

This story will be updated when information on Oladele’s next “AFV” appearance is available.
