Sears will close another 72 stores by the end of the year, signaling the demise of one of America’s oldest retailers.

While no local stores were impacted by the latest round of closures, two Ohio stores have been impacted. The only Ohio stores identified for closure were stores in Lima, at 2400 Elida Road, and Strongsville, at 17271 Southpark Center.

“We continue to evaluate our network of stores, which are a critical component in our transformation, and will make further adjustments as needed and as warranted,” the company said in a statement.
