It’s not every day that adults get to take over a children’s museum for a night of grown-up play.
The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery’s annual winter fundraiser Eureka! returns this weekend. Back by popular demand is a game of chance theme.

“Guests had such an enjoyable time last year with our Eureka! games of chance theme that we’ve decided to double-down again this year ,” The Boonshoft shared in a news release.
The fund-raiser is set for Saturday, March 14 from 7-11 p.m.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The evening will begin with a signature cocktail, and throughout the evening guests can sample hors d’oeuvres and catered small plates and desserts from Brock Masterson’s.
Guests can place their bets on their favorites in the Ferret Races in the Education Lobby.

“Eureka! is one of the most fun and entertaining evenings of the year. Every year we explore an interesting theme that is reflective of our mission and collection. Eureka is an adult evening, and is an excellent opportunity for guests to enjoy science while savoring a cocktail and dessert,” said Josh Chambers, Director of External Relations for the Dayton Society of Natural History, in a news release.

50/50 RAFFLE OPEN TO ANYONE
This year the Museum is offering a 50/50 Raffle at Eureka! The drawing will be held at the end of the event. However, raffle supporters don't have to be present to win, so those who cannot attend the event can still participate in the raffle. Reservations and Raffle Tickets available online at BoonshoftMuseum.org and the evening of the event.
Advanced tickets are $60 per person (through March 14); tickets at the door are $70 per person. All advance reservations include a welcome cocktail and four (4) beer/wine drinks.
