Ever wanted to do yoga with a bunch of baby goats? Here’s your chance

Get ready for cute overload: practice yoga among frolicking baby goats.

The yoga-with-animals trend has picked up steam over the last year, but has perfectly peaked with goat yoga at Honey Sweetie Acres at 2710 Spring Hill Road in Goshen, Ohio. (In case you were wondering, that's about a 1.25-hour drive from the Dayton area.)

The farm’s 2-hour classes are with Nigerian Dwarf Goats. Classes include a 30-minute “meet and greet” with the goats.

This is actually pretty legit, as goats are climbers, and it adds a new element to the strength and balance aspects of yoga. See Exhibit A:

From their website:

During our yoga class you will meet our Nigerian Dwarf Goat babies and kids. They are friendly and curious animals.

Our goats do not bite or head butt. They love to hop from person to person and enjoy being a part of the yoga experience.

We use only the goats that are born and raised at Honey Sweetie Acres.

We treat our goats very well, and expect you will too. In April of 2017, Honey Sweetie Acres was inspected by, "Humane Farm Animal Care" and was successfully awarded "certified humane" status.
