This is a well-executed dish featuring lamb, beef, bordelaise, peas and carrots, smashed potatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan bread crumbs served with an accent salad.

Go with corned beef, cabbage, garlic mash and Irish cream sauce for a traditional meal, or travel outside of the box with the Irish Meatloaf ($14) made with a beef and corned beef mixture, onions, peppers and bacon served with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies.
