Dorothy Lane helps take the work out of meal prep, and the deli is no exception. This deli is a cut above the rest. It offers freshly prepared foods from their own kitchen, deli salads, prepared deli sandwiches, panini press sandwiches, fresh deli meats, homemade soups, Naples style pizzas and boxed lunches and catering.

SECOND PLACE: DiSalvo's Deli 

DiSalvo's Deli and Italian Store is a great destination for lunch or takeout with a specialty shop that carries all sorts of imported grocery items, meats, cheeses, homemade breads, deli meats, freshly made salads, desserts, wines, soups and exciting and changing daily specials. It's located adjacent to Mamma DiSalvo's restaurant. Their subs are customizable with a variety of meats, cheeses and breads. You can't go wrong with the meatball grinder, ever. View the menu here.

THIRD PLACE: Flyboys Deli 

What’s better than a New York style deli that pays homage to Dayton’s world-famous Wright brothers? Flyboys has two locations: the original in Oakwood and the recently opened Beavercreek location outside the Mall at Fairfield Commons. Flyboys Deli menu includes lunch, dinner and Saturday breakfast. Lunch and dinner options include appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas, wraps, hot paninis, soup and salads.
