The deli and the property’s owners “didn’t reach agreement on a new lease,” which expired Wednesday, Feb. 28, Wright said. A tenant neighbor said the deli shut its doors Tuesday. Two restaurants — one a deli concept, another a primarily breakfast concept —have expressed interest in the space, Wright said.
