JUST IN: Qdoba Mexican Eats to relocate its restaurant on 725

One Dayton-area location of the Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurant chain is moving on up.

On up the street, that is.

The fast-casual restaurant at 2008 Miamisburg-Centerville Road (Ohio 725) has signed a lease to relocate to 1524 Miamisburg-Centerville Road (Ohio 725) at Washington Village Drive in Miami Twp., according to Danielle Kuehnle, commercial realtor and director of new development, sales and leasing for Oberer Realty Services.

The Qdoba franchisee signed a 10-year lease for a 2,312 square feet space in a retail development that formerly housed a fitness center, Kuehnle said. The former fitness center is being subdivided into new tenant spaces.

Kuehnle represented the landlord in the new-restaurant lease agreement. Robert Zavakos, senior vice president of the commercial real estate firm NAI Bergman, represented the Qdoba franchisee. Qdoba officials could not be reached for comment.

San Diego-based Qdoba, which also operates a restaurant near the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, was founded in 1995 and now operates more than 700 restaurants in 47 states.
