Looking for an inexpensive way to treat yourself?

Nobody wants to pay full price for food when discounts are available. And there are plenty of those happening right now.

Here are four deals to know about:

2. Get free Icee float samples Sunday and Monday

On July 15 and 16 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., all Sam’s Clubs in the U.S. will be handing out Icee float samples.

In honor of National Ice Cream Month, Sams’s Club is extending its free samples to café items.

On July 15 and 16 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., all Sam’s Clubs in the U.S. will be handing out Icee float samples. According to a Sam’s Club spokesperson, the treat has been a favorite of employees for years, but the company is now revealing the secret to its members.

You’ll find a special Icee float cart at your local store, where there will be three flavors: frozen cherry, frozen Pepsi and frozen blue raspberry. All are topped with new Member’s Mark vanilla ice cream.

Don’t have a Sam’s Club membership? Don’t worry, you can still get an Icee float because the Sam’s Club Cafe is open to the general public. And if you can’t get to a store on July 15 or 16, the company is serving 20-ounce Icee floats for 99 cents all summer long!

Love ice cream? Dairy Queen is offering a free small Blizzard to those who download its app.

Thrillist reported that the effort is part of a campaign to get more people to use the restaurant's app. Users can download the DQ app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Once they sign up and register, the app will get a mobile coupon for a free small Blizzard treat, ranging from Oreo to cotton candy.

Before heading out to the nearest Dairy Queen for a treat, be sure it is participating in the offer.

“Most DQ restaurants throughout the United States and Canada are individually owned and operated franchises, so special promotions or coupons are decided by the store management or owner,” the restaurant chain said on Twitter.
